Urban Planning and Development Products

Quixotifai offers two products: the Planning Data Assistant which lets you explore London's live planning data in conversation, and the Development Management App, which helps you produce structured development capacity estimates for a specific site using clear template assumptions. Compare them below, then open an app or request a demo.

Both tools support the built environment, but they operate at different scopes: PDA is London-specific (it draws on the GLA’s Planning London Datahub), while DMA can be used anywhere to estimate what a specific site could deliver under clear assumptions.
