Quixotifai is a UK-built environment software studio. We build practical tools that help teams understand what’s happening in London’s planning pipeline and estimate what a specific site could deliver under clear assumptions.

A structured capacity estimator for a specific site — homes, jobs, population, open space, and floorspace — with template-based assumptions and a shareable PDF report.
