As a seasoned Product Manager, I specialise in defining product vision and roadmaps that align with strategic business objectives. My experience involves leading Salesforce teams and collaborating with business and technology leaders to execute complex, transformational projects across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.

  • I have a proven track record of managing and enhancing the Salesforce Platform for major organisations such as Cox Automotive, Places for People, UK Export Finance, Deliveroo and Accenture.
  • This includes spearheading the implementation of agile continuous improvement processes, establishing dedicated CI teams to accelerate enhancements, and providing leadership for both strategic projects and ongoing maintenance.
  • My role often involves serving as the key liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams to prioritise development backlogs and ensure solutions deliver tangible operational efficiencies.

Implementation & Custom Development

Beyond strategy, I have extensive hands-on experience translating business requirements into tangible solutions. As a certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder, I am adept at in-house consulting and implementing feature enhancements through configuration.

This includes:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and functional requirements that inform solution design.
  • Configuring features such as Account Management, Lightning Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Live Agent.
  • Designing and deploying custom Salesforce Lightning Experience Apps, a proactive initiative I led at the Greater London Authority which resulted in significant time and cost savings.
  • Independently prototyping and building new tools like the Development Capacity App to optimize and transform planning processes.
