Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Driving projects forward requires cohesive leadership across diverse business units. In my roles as a Product Manager, I have gained solid experience leading cross-functional teams and acting as the key liaison between business users, product owners, and technical resources
Key aspects of this work include:
- Leading dedicated squads of business analysts and developers (both onshore and offshore) to implement product roadmaps.
- Working across a range of business stakeholders – including commercial, compliance, legal, finance, and customer support teams – to identify and deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Overseeing the concurrent delivery of multiple large-scale transformation projects through project steering groups.


Stakeholder & Community Engagement
A significant part of my career has been dedicated to consultation and coordination with external partners to achieve consensus on strategic plans. This experience includes representing the Mayor of London in high-profile public forums and ensuring that development strategies reflect shared aspirations.

- Presenting complex proposals and responding directly to queries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the delivery of strategic plans and projects.
Communication & Change Management
Ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged is crucial for the successful adoption of new strategies and technologies. My work has consistently involved developing and executing communication and change management plans in collaboration with business owners.
